I have a PDF that I can open.
But the first page is blank, and the other two works fine.
I get an error message when I start the program
"it needs a font package in order to show this correct. Pls install the module"
Where do I find these modules?

We require the full installation including updates for Adobe Reader 9.5 to distribute to all users in our company. I have installed Adobe reader 9.5.0 on my PC then all the updates available however If possible can you please send me an install that ncludes these updates so i only have one setup to run.

We would like to disable the adobe right mouse click context menu for our employees that don't have rights to use the Adobe Acrobat pro XI software. With Active Directory we can control the users in GROUPS who can see and use the Adobe acrobat pro XI software, but as standard all users see the adobe acrobat pro right click context menu which is used to convert/combine to PDF.
We can disable the whole adobe context menu by editing or removing the root registry key (see under) but then the users with rights for adobe pro XI can't use it anymore. Normally enabling/disabling registry keys isn't a problem when it's a current user key, but the context menu is found in the ROOT class.

I am just rolling out Acrobat Pro DC. I had installed it on our 2008R2 Terminal Server but it kept asking users to Sign-in every two days. I spoke with Acrobat Support and we created a Custom installation using the Wizard however this won't install on Terminal Server. I keep getting Error:28000
Is there something new about installing on Terminal Servers?

Offline Exception successful with Enterprise Key, but receive the follow error when trying to save the package:
Unable to Submit Changes, MSI Set Value failed, Error Code = 259
Please advise on how to save new package.

Another month, another Adobe patching headache! So I have read the Enterprise Administration guide many times, and I have been deploying and patching Adobe Flash,Reader and Acrobat for years now. Usually it goes smoothly, but eventually I always run into an issue. This time my problem is this:
Can someone out there tell me what I did wrong here? I believe I can uninstall 11.0.08 then run a full install of 11.0.09 from a new AIP, but that seems unnecessary.

We are about to deploy Adobe Reader DC in an enterprise environment where none of the users has local admin rights on their desktops. Updating and patching typically requires that users are local administrators on their PC, but that is not allowed in this corporate environment. If set to install updates automatically, do you know if Adobe Reader DC updates & patches will get installed on these computers? If not, is there any other way to get these updates installed, either by using an Adobe tool or otherwise a 3rd party solution?

I had previously created an admin installation point using the non-mui 11.0.0 MSI and the 11.0.03 quarterly update. This installed fine for all our users.
Now I'm trying to create one for 11.0.4. I can't find the non-mui version of the 11 base MSI anymore from the Adobe distribution site. Does anyone know where I can find that? I know the one I used was not MUI, since when I look in my Programs and Features list, 11.0.03 is listed (not 11.0.03 MUI).
I've now downloaded the 11.0.0 MUI and updated it with 11.0.04 MUI. I have the transfrom file set in the Adobe customization wizard to remove all versions of Reader that is already installed. But when I install 11.0.04 MUI, it doesn't remove 11.0.03. They both show in Programs and Features. 11.0.03 has to be uninstalled separately.
And just for kicks, I made a 11.0.03 MUI installation package and uninstalled all other Reader versions from my machine. Then I tried installing the 11.0.04 MUI AIP package, and got this message: "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel".
Does 11.0.04 require uninstallation of the aip 11.0.03 package first?

we use SCCM to deploy software and configured Reader DC similarly to how we used previous version of reader.
Part of this process is make reader the default pdf handler
When deployed as part of a task sequence, Reader is not the default for any user. (Edge remains the default)
When deployed as an application and installed by 1 user, reader becomes the default for that user, but no other users.
Any ideas on whats needed to resolve this?
Can anyone tell how to disable "Select your colour theme window at the startup"

It seems like the only viable alternative is to install the Adobe Acrobat SharePoint opendocuments component on our systems. I have looked online to find the plugin but cannot locate it. There was a posting that I read, that suggested that it is installed during the Adobe install. It was not installed on my system, and I cannot find it anywhere in the IE 11 Add-On manager looking at All Add-Ons. Another post said that the add-on would become visible once a SharePoint document is opened. That does not happen. Another post recommended that the DOCIcon.xml file should be modified. That cannot happen, as modifying that file changes the PDF opening behavior on the entire Farm, and I want this to be limited to just one site. Thoughts?

We are using Adobe Reader and Adobe Pro version 11.0.06, Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit, with a mixture of MS Office 2010 and 2013.
We have been able to reproduce a bug using Reader/Pro together with Excel, where Reader/Pro freezes when we preform the following tasks.
This problem is happening on multiple machines with Adobe Reader/Pro 11.0.06 installed, regardless of the Office version and is reproducible. We did not see such issue on Adobe X.
Is there anyone reported the same?
Is there a way to create a Adobe Acrobat Pro DC package in a .msi format, with the license key information already patched? We use Microsoft Windows Server Group Policy ( Software Installation) to deploy all of our software, and it only runs MSI installer package. With our current setup, we are unable to create logon script to run any .bat or .exe file, so running the License file (AdobeSerialzation.exe) post install, is not an option for us. Unless we manually run it on all of our workstations individually, which is what we would like to avoid.
I have tried to use the Adobe Customization Wizard DC to edit the msi file with the "exception" folder, I was able to find the box for "serial number". But I do no have access to a serial number, the only thing I could access, is a pre-created Licensed File, or the Installation package ( for individual install) that patch the software with the License info automatically. But it does not help us with an Enterprise deploy setup.

Is there an Adobe product that can convert C4, JEDMICS or CALS files to PDF? The C4 files are blueprints so I need to be able to zoom and manipulate the image without distorting it. I tried printing the image directly from the C4 file and save to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but it didn't work. When I zoomed in on the image it distorted it.

I already deploy the application on my test server but i would like to know the way to manage user licensing.

The first user who launch the application is asked to enter his user account to validate the license,
The next user is not asked to enter his user account.
Could you say me if each user have to log in ? if they don't, do they will have a warning after 30 days ?

Could we delete a licence account from the manager and give this licence to another user ?

With regards to a Adobe Reader Corperate Distribution agreement and installing Adobe reader across the LAN.
According to the help files on the "multi language" Help part of the Reader DC Customization wizard it says that a "multi/all language Serial number can be purchased" for MUI installs,
Does anyone know how much this is and where one can be purchased from ?
