Error Code 1615

Hi all

I'm using Adobe Customization Wizard 8 to create the transform but always has this error:

Unable to Submit changes.
MSI set value failed, error code = 1615
(Need Better Msg)

This is my first time to use the Customization Wizard. I used to use Orca to create .mst file and no problem at all. But someone told me that I should used Customization Wizard instead of Orca for Adobe product and I got this error. Cant find the solution on the net.
