"Acrobat does not allow connection to " error in Acrobat Pro X and LiveCycle

Hello,

I have a system running Windows XP SP3 that presents a dialog box with the above error when the user clicks on a URL link in a PDF file. When I went in to adjust the Trust Manager setting, they are all greyed out. If I log in as myself to the system, there are no problems. If I login as a local admin, there are no problems. We are not managing this security level in AD, so I am not able to determine why this one user can't use the URL link. Is there a registry key I can edit to modify the Trust Settings for this one user? Adobe Reader is not installed, but LiveCycle is. Both were installed using a CD/DVD.

Any help appreciated.

TIA,

TimKoh
