I have installed Acrobat Pro XI on Citrix using the Customisation Wizard. I included the license and granted offline activation. However, after 30 days the servers are now asking for activation. I wanted to use adobe_prtk --tool=ReplaceSN --serialize=LEID --serial=<serial number>. I've tried different LEIDs but all I get is return code 6 which is Could not find dominating LEID
Any ideas?
