I am using APTEE to create a permanent offline activation/exception that is not machine specific. To use it for Imaged OS deployments.
I work on Windows 7 64bit and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. We have ordered a Adobe corporate licens (TLP). I see the Licens on the Adobe Licens Website (LWS). I have used the key for Windows.

If you image a machine with Acrobat, you must first generate a prov.xml file on an online machine and then create a permanent offline exception that is not machine specific. To do so:
Generate prov.xml on any machine connected to the internet:
adobe_prtk --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=<serialnum>
--leid=<LEID of product> [--regsuppress=ss] [--eulasuppress]
[--locales=limited list of locales in xx_XX format or ALL>]
[--provfilepath=<Absolute path to prov.xml>]
Note the following:
- This method can only be used with volume licenses.
- Acrobat need not be installed to run this command.
- The machine on which this command is run must be online.
- It is highly recommended to suppress registration.
but the return code is 14. This means unknown error.

I have no firewall on the client active, no virus sanner, no Proxy ans any ports open to the internet. I have also tried on different machines in differnt networks. The results are the same.
From what i can see its either saying the serial number is invalid or it cant see the server? can someone in the know advise.
Who at Adobe can help me to encounter this licens Problem?
