Adobe Reader X - display problem on a Terminal server

I have a client who has a Windows 2008 R2 Terminal server in a domain, and there are about 30 users on it at any one time. We have outlook installed as a remote app on there; sometimes when a user opens up a PDF attachment, it will "merge" with the background (like an app will do when there are too many things running and the windows bleed together) and can't be closed (the only way to fix it is to disconnect the users session and have them re-open the remote app). Any ideas what might cause this? Adobe is at the latest version, the TS server has all the latest updates so I'm quite confused as to why this happens. I apologize if this has been answered in another thread already, and thanks in advance for any help I get Cheers!
