How do I cancel - it's the 5th time?
I have been using the form at the Home Page 3 days after dowloading on November 12th 2014.
I have written e-mails to ADOBE without getting any answer back.
I have been waiting on the phone 3 x 45minutes.
January 16th 2015 i talked to an employee, who promised to cancel the subscription.
Two weeks later I talked to another employee but again nothing happened.
Two weeks later again 45 minutes on the phone until the connection was cut off.
Adobe has been making a monthly withdrawal from my bank account for more than four months now.
Can anyone give me an advice. It's the second time I put my question here.
