When I disable automatic updates in Acrobat/Reader other Adobe products like Photoshop are also being blocked from updating, how can I prevent this?
I am deploying reader to a large enterprise (30,000 seats) and we use the customization wizard to disable automatic updates. We also deploy Acrobat to a very small portion of those seats. Starting to get service desk tickest because if a user installs Photoshop or another Adobe product on their own, the updates from that software are also being blocked. This is unintended since we only want to block update for Reader/Acrobat that we deploy, not for customer installed software. Any ideas?
