I am looking for a software that would enable me to convert JPG and PDF documents into .xls formats. The purpose being to transfer invoices content such as numbers into an Excel spread sheet to avoid inputting all data manually line by line.
As per my understanding your company is proposing the OCR technology that would allow me to do. Am I right?
If yes, could you please advise on whether:
1) Adobe Pro is the right solution? Or do you have another product that would be more adapted?
2) How is your product using the OCR technology? And why is it better than your competitors' solutions?
3) What version of Adobe Pro is the most suited, version 10 or 11?
4) Has your company developed the OCR technology?
Finally, I would be grateful if you could send me all your available documentation on Adobe Pro or on any other solution that would fit with my request.
