Win7 64 Enterprise clients with several running Adobe Reader X/XI (11.0.2) together with Acrobat X.
Reader / Acrobat MSI and MSTs are pushed out with Group Policy.
Default browser is usually Chrome for Business
3 users this week reported Adobe Reader was blocked because it is out of date in the Chrome browser when they open a PDF from the web.
I checked the plugins for Chrome and it says I needed to update Reader plug-in to 11.0.0.379.
I clicked on Download Crititical Security Update but it just a install for Reader 11.0.2 which is already installed.
For now I made the Chrome the default PDF Reader.
