How can I reinstall Acrobat X silently to apply a change in transform (.mst) to systems?

I previously created a transform mst file using the Adobe Customization Wizard X.  In this transform (mst) file Outlook integration is turned off.  Now the powers that be would like it turned on and have the Adobe toolbar in Outlook.  How can I update the installation silently without having to uninstall Acrobat then reinstall with the new configurations in the transform mst file?
